Hello,

What is the link between JQWicket here on Google Code, with Svn and
JQWicket on Github?

JQWicket on Github is a fork, created to support Wicket 1.5.x as long as it was impossible to use it with the original JQWicket.

Since 0.7 JQWicket supports Wicket 1.5.x and it makes not really sense to use JQWicket on Github.
