First Day of Week

Hi,

when you add date from Monday - Sunday, on week view it is shown as 2 weeks 

(as it calculates Sunday as First Day of Week) instead of 1 week (if Monday were First Day of Week).

I've been googling whole day and I see that is mentioned in several places but I couldn't find any solution to it?
Has anyone been successful with solving that problem?

Also there is a problem in number of first week in January 2014 - Week 0 instead of Week 1 .. 

If anyone has any insight into that also I would be grateful
