Adding New Event using IE10

When adding a new event the CSS class "top" is variable rather than fixed.
It's happening in the mouseup event in this method _setupEventCreationForWeekDay.

var top = parseInt($newEvent.css('top'));

Has anyone seen or have a fix for it?
