🔹 Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Power Platform professionals (Technical & Functional) with strong expertise in Dynamics CRM (Customer Engagement) and Power Apps. Candidates should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing scalable CRM solutions, along with strong business process understanding.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (CE) solutions
• Build and customize applications using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps)
• Automate business processes using Power Automate (Flows)
• Develop and integrate solutions using plugins, workflows, and APIs
• Gather and analyze business requirements (for functional roles)
• Configure CRM modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Marketing
• Ensure seamless integration with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
• Collaborate with stakeholders and provide solution recommendations
• Support deployment, testing, and production releases

🔹 Required Skills

🟢 Core (Mandatory)

• Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / CE
• Hands-on experience with Power Apps
• Experience with Power Automate
• Good understanding of Dataverse
• Experience in customization & configuration
