Two AppLaud Tutorials using Maps Plugin

Hi Johan and maps plugin users.

The next two tutorials I've written (both using
Johan'splugin) kind of go together, since TMT4P3
simply adds javascript code to TMT4P2 to store
marker data persistently (using localStorage).

MDS AppLaud is an Eclipse plugin for PhoneGap / Android -
but the tutorial code runs in most browsers (and theoretically
iPhone, Blackberry, etc).
