Changes to the website server

Hi everyone,

we had great issues in the past with updating the website  and keeping track of website bugs,
because people were fixing issues directly on the server, and not through the website svn repository.

This made bugs occur again and again, because fixes were overwriten all the time, and these
fixes couldn't be restored.

So, as a general rule for every UI team member to follow:

Never touch anything in the html/ directory on the server from now on.

If you think you have a valid reason for doing so, please shoot me an email and we can work
things out in advance.
