All,

In going through the tickets this afternoon I started looking into
Ticket 4467. Unfortunately I'm unable to reproduce any of the symptoms
reported. Jorn seems to have been able to reproduce it (Jorn: could
you post steps for reproducing, and/or a simple test file?) I'm poking
around in the slider code today; if we can get a broken example where
the issue is reproducible, or some steps to reproduce, I can
troubleshoot and post a patch for this today.

The trick is to make the handle wider than normal:
