how to store a form?

Hi all,
I'm new to JQFB, great project!
I would like to implement my own server side. What do I actually need
to store from the client side (html pieces, js variables, etc) so I
can later restore a form?

Thanks for your interest into this project.

May I know your server-side platform? FYI, there are two developers implement server-side of the jquery form builder in PHP and django. If you are targeting these two platforms too, I think you may want to work together with them.
