Upload 10Gb file chunked Size but I get Request Timeout

Hello
I want to Upload a 10 GB File , i have chunked these File by 10MB.
But after a time i get the a Request Timeout. always 20 seconds after start, to load a chunked File part.
Where could be the problem?
