Blueimp jQuery File Upload: get uploaded files names

I want to use Blueimp to upload files, but I do not know how to modify the Html file in order to retrieve uploaded files names (i want to insert them into a MySQL database with a Flask app).

I do not know how to modify line 15 [here](https://github.com/ngoduykhanh/flask-file-uploader/blob/master/templates/index.html):
