Is there a Dform compatible, JSON generating, form building script?

First of all thanks for creating Dform. It'll probably save weeks of work since I'm kinda new to javascript. 

I'm trying to build a basic Google Forms-clone for a friend to help her out in making building survey, and I'll use Dform to display the created forms. I was gonna sit down and write a simple script that would let her build the forms, similar to https://github.com/botskonet/jquery.formbuilder but then I thought I'd check if one of these are already available, and will generate JSON compatible with Dform?

Unfortunately I am not aware of any open source server side scripts that generates dForm compatible JSON.

But if you create one and would like to share it, I can put it on the website.
