[VOTE] Merger agreement with the Dojo Foundation

[Dave Methvin]

This is a vote to approve the attached merger agreement with the Dojo Foundation. Upon completion of the due diligence described in the agreement, there will be another vote to complete the merger on or around October 1 2015.

There are currently nine jQuery Foundation board members. Alex Sexton is a board member on both the Dojo Foundation and jQuery Foundation boards, and is abstaining on this vote. This vote will pass if there are five or more votes in the affirmative.
