Trouble implemeting direction services

Hello.
I am trying to implement a simple map that will display the directions (in drawn form, as opposed to text form).
Ultimately I want to include multiple way-points, but I am having trouble even implementing an origin/destination route.
My tests can be seen at www.oil-soft.com/testing/bmap3.html
Any guidance, or examples greatly appreciated.

Ran into same issue. You must use not only the base javascript but also the services.
