Broken section in User Manual

The Spring Plugin section of the generated User Manual is currently broken:

and scroll one page up.

1.5.0 is also affected, 1.4.0 looks ok.

as I have little time at the moment to fix this, I created an issue for this problem: https://github.com/buschmais/jqa-manual/issues/6

We will try to fix this for the next release.
