Use Asciidoc rules for plugin

Hi,

jQAssistant provides prewritten rules, e.g. for Spring related rules via the com.buschmais.jqassistant.plugin:jqassistant.plugin.spring dependency.  The rules inside this plugin are written in XML.

Is it possible to use rules written in Asciidoc inside such a plugin?

Hi Björn,

it's possible to use Asciidoc file there, they will need to have the
file extension ".adoc". At this moment these documents are only
evaluated for rules but cannot be used for embedding them as
Asciidoc-includes in projects using that plugin. As bootstrapping the
Asciidoc takes some time (JRuby) currently the recommendation is to use
XML for rules in plugins.
