Plugin recommendations plugin?

Hi Dirk,

just another small idea: As I tend to loose overview about the available jQA plugins I wonder if it could make sense to create a plugin which recommends other plugins? Based on some heuristics, e.g., if it finds Spring dependencies or plugins in the project it could propose to use the Spring plugin?

I am sure I could craft something on my own to perform this. But in the long run it would make sense if the solution would be maintained by you.

Perhaps it could also cover community plugins?
