JPublish-DWR integration fully compatible with DWR Version 2.0.5

HI there,

I just want to confirm that the JPublishDWR module fully supports the
DWR Version 2.0.5. For those of you using DWR with JPublish, the
upgrade is very easy: just replace the existing dwr.jar library
currently provided with various JPublish packages or examples, with
the one from DWR's own site: https://dwr.dev.java.net/files/documents/2427/101132/dwr.jar
(version 2.0.5)

I recommend this upgrade.
