This is a short report on the activities of HH Jayapataka Swami at Sri
Tirupati Dham.

Gurumaharaja left Bangalore as I reported before yesterday at 6 pm where he
held a mass program at the Bangalore on 29-03-09, Sunday, was at Shubharam
Kalyana Mantap, next to Swami Narayan Mandir. He reached at midnight at
Tirupati where 400 devotees were waiting to welcome him.  As I told earlier
he is eager to visit Balaji temple and thanking all for their prayers, the
special yajnas offered to the lord for his recovery which all of you know it
is a big miracle.

Yesterday 30-03-2009, there were many cultural programs, but early in the
morning during Govinda darsan (the deities at Tirupati are named Sri Sri
Radha Govinda Astha sakhis, may be this is the only temple a part form
Mayapur in ISKCON that has Radha Krishna with the eight Gopis) the devotees
were waiting for Gurumaharaja. Many thought he would give Srimad Bhagavatam
lecture early, but as he arrived late he took rest till 7 am, therefore the
class was given after  breakfast.

For the safari tour with HH JPS there are 150 devotees participants, while
there are 100 resident devotees and like about 150 visitors staying in the
guest house, that came specially to have darsan and association of HH JPS.
In total almost 400 devotees are at this moment in our ISKCON Tirupati
Mandir.

Finally HH JPS arrived to the very nicely decorated temple with special
arrangement with flowers in the altar, and the most impressive thing in the
decoration and magnificent beauty of the altar is that for the very
important guest that our temple has who is Gurumaharaja the pujaries decided
to offer to the Deities the special outfit that Their Lordships dress only
once a year in a special ekadasi day, where Their crowns are specially
decorated with precious and semiprecious stones and arrangements. The Gopis
were super beautifully dresses as well. All the opulence for the most
opulent.

Te altar was also filled up with fruits and flowers and even parrots and
other bird's murties were decorating this transcendental altar for the
pleasure of Their Lordships that are welcoming in their House the safari
devotees and HH JPS.

Gurumaharaja delivered a lecture on the pastimes of Lord Balaji and that how
in a previous Kaliyuga the Supreme Lords Srinivas Balaji have married
Padmavati Devi, who was Chaya Sita in the pastimes of Lord Rama. As she did
the austerity to play the role of Mother Sita were she was kidnapped by
Ravana and tortured literally and for having done a lot of tapasia, she was
blessed by Mother Sita to participate in His pastimes as His wife. So for
this occasion devotees went in the afternoon to Padmavati temple to have her
darsan and blessing before going to the Hills for darsan of Lord Balaji.

There was at night a special pandal cultural program with the presence of
Gurumaharaja, which also gave a lecture on Jad Bharat. GM also was taken to
ignite the pradeep for Srila Prabhupada were his holiness stood up with the
help of devotees and the walker, but then later he left the walker and stood
erect without any help, while devotees were chanting HARIBOOLLLLL, as all
were happy to see our dear most Gurudeva getting better always.
Today 31ST of March 2009, Gurumaharaja is giving a lecture in the morning
and later on will be initiation to few devotees at this very sacred Dham of
Lord Venkateswara.

Today also, in the afternoon His holiness will be participating in the
inauguration or the beginning of the construction of a nice project
dedicated to the elders and devotees who need to take rest in this very holy
land after many years of service. A nice idea and seva from Tirupati Temple
devotees. Revathi Raman prabhu told me something about this project that I
will elaborate later on with more info.

As I am now in Bombay producing a DVD on HH JPS life story, I am getting the
news to all of you from few devotees who are accompanying Gurumaharaja.
