Dear Prabhus,
Please accept my humble obeisance . All glories to Srila Prabhupada.

I hope by now you must have heard that this year we will celebrate Guru
maharaj Vyasa puja on 5th April 2009.

The plan is to observe this festival as JPS disciples get together and have
a four days festival.

As per the sechedule devotees will arrive on 2nd April and stay upto 6th
April.

I have alreday circulated the details of the program. As Vyasa puja is very
near I would like to send you this letter as final letter to inform me how
many devotees will attend Vyasa puja from your area. Accordingly we will
book rooms in guest house.

During this period Gm will give some classes and we are trying to invite
some of his god brothers also. Most important is we will have together long
Hari nama sankirtna at mayapur dham parying for recovery of guru Maharaj. We
are preparing to receive 4000 to 5000 devotees for this festival. Thus
devotees also will get opertunity to have darshan of Guru maharaj. There
also will be initiation ceremony. As guru Maharj can not tarvel now if any
devotee wants initiation can come and take initiation at this time. Please
co ordinate with Ratnavali mataji about what you have to do to participate
in initiation ceremony.

I have already received bookings from Dubai, Bahrain, Uk. I need to know
from other yatra with in next ten days. Please inform to all Guru maharaj's
disciples in your area and let me know how many will come from your area.
