JavaPOS Exception

Hi there.

 

I'd kindly appreciate your help on this issue, since it has taken me a lot of time and effort trying to figure it out.

 

I'm getting this JavaPOS Exception when trying to connect (open) a NCR Scale device through its JavaPOS/OPOS service implementation classes:

 

com.openbravo.pos.scale.DeviceScale readWeight

Grave: null

jpos.JposException: The JavaPOS Device Control did not specify a valid EventCallbacks reference.

  at com.ncr.retail.jpos.services.ANCRBaseService.open(Unknown Source)

  at com.openbravo.pos.scale.DeviceScale.readWeight(DeviceScale.java:100)

 

I'm using JAVA 7 with NCR JavaPOS classes in it 3.14  version and JavaPOS int its 1.13.2 version which comes includes in NCR Retail Management System
