We need to create an EBCDIC file in the 1014 Layout. Please let me know if there is any way I can create this using any Java API.

Is that format anything like ISO8583?

I think it night be, but don't need nor want to guess.

Search this mailing list and then just google?

If you have ascii string data you can convert it to EBCDIC using ISOUtils conversion method to get ebcdic out.

https://github.com/jpos/jPOS/blob/master/jpos/src/main/java/org/jpos/iso/ISOUtil.java#L102-L107

If you have an ISO Message, you write your packager to use the IFE* classes that will pack the data into ebcdic. Set your ISOMsg fields, do a pack on the isomsg, this will get you a EBCDIC byte array that you can use.
