Maybe the referenced dtd is not accessible from the dmz server.

Hi Rachel, 

Looks more like a java question than jpos, isopack.xml cannot be found that is why you are getting the error above. 
Maybe you want to check how you are referencing isopack.xml and where it is located. You might want to explore 
storing it in your resource folder and referencing the file from your configuration files.
