Depending on the 'server' their expectation of the field content will vary.
You will - I think likely - need to adjust your communications to fit. a
target system's interface and needs. ISO8583 defines the possibilities
not fact 8).

Nothing works like this. You would need to define or identify which
host or network you were connecting too. A 'server simulator' would
need to accurately mimic the intended target to be of any use to you.
I think your expectations for free help are way too high, but we shall see.
Whilst you wait for someone to provide you with something that will meet
your rather vague needs, I would suggest you start rolling your own to
meet whatever 'sever spec' you hope to acquire into.
