IPM T112 File EBCDIC to ASCII

Hi All,
I have master card file (IPM T112..) in EBCDIC format .I want to convert this file in Ascii .Any body help to explain which charset they are using in EBCDIC .So at the ASCII conversion time I I can use that charset .Below is my record I want to convert this record in ASCII.Please help.

I don't think you want to convert the whole  file to ascii as everything is not ebcdic. The fields of the message embedded may have ebcdic data. 


What you should do is create a packager file that handles the ebcdic data in it for you.

Then parse the file, get the message length, parse those many bytes and then unpack the data using an ISOMsg object and using the appropriate packager to unpack.
