Diffrent between "Received fatal alert" and Connection refused (Connection refused)

Hi

In the jPOS log I see the two errors below at different times. I want to know the reason for each of them and when each occurs.

 Try 0 192.168.65.96:61615
      Connection refused (Connection refused)
    Unable to connect

      Received fatal alert: internal_error
    Unable to connect

The channel is unable to connect or reconnect after a disconnect has happened.

The fatal alert might be because it's a TLS connection, and you haven't setup the channel correctly for TLS.

These are your underlying stack's TCP exceptions that are simply logged when a connection fails.
