Iso 8583 with C++

Dear ALL,

Im developing a banking transaction server and

I am new to c++ programming. How can I start with iso 8583 massage creating using c++? Is there any free c++ library to download for convenient to program ? or if not should we write all thing in our self to do that?

Please any instruction with you

May I politely suggest that a mailing list for a java implementation of
an ISO8583 framework is possibly not the right place to ask this question.

Start by designing the components you think you will need. Finding out
about the interfaces you will be connecting too, this will help you
derive the components.

A search engine will help you here, but as someone will have spent time
and effort, you may or may not find one for 'free'.

This is your choice and might depend on what you find elsewhere.

May I ask what drives your choice of programming language?
