SPDH conversion to ISO 8583

Hi folks,

I wounder if anyone has experience in converting SPDH to ISO 8583 and
vice versa?

Today I use jpos for creating messages to the banks Base24 system from
a proprierty format. At the moment we will implement new terminals that
implements the SPDH layout and the only task for us is to convert SPDH
to ISO 8583 and vice versa.

So must I code everything myself or can I boost my progress with help
from you guys:-)

I've read the SPDH specs sometime ago, and if I recall correctly, you
could use the FSDMsg parser to deal with SPDH messages.

You don't have the ability to send those messages using existing
channels (which are ISO-centric), that's exactly what Dan has suggested
in the jpos-dev mailing list a few days ago proposing the creation of a
small task force to deal with non-ISO communications.

That's great! If not confidencial, can you share with us some figures
regarding the TPS you are getting with jPOS?

SPDH sounds like something I will find down the road sooner or later, so
I'm interested in it. I'll be glad to help.

Unless you own the copyright - I assume it is?

Perhaps share the copyright holders name or company Joslyn and Brahim can approach them for a legitimate access?
