How to set a ISO message header before sending the ISO message?

Hey good folks,
Can anyone please help me how to send, receive and parse ISO header along with ISO message when communicating with Base24 and CTL. I need to send an echo message to the base24 and CTL with respective header before doing a transaction. Requested header for Base24 looks somewhat like
ISO8583 message
BASE24 ISO Header
Start of Message : ISO
Product Indicator : 00 - Base
Release Number : 60
Msg Status|Fld in Error : 000
Originator : 6 - Switch|VRU interface process
Responder : 0 - (not set)
BASE24 ISO Header
Start of Message : ISO
Product Indicator : 00 - Base
Release Number : 60
Msg Status|Fld in Error : 000
Originator : 6 - Switch|VRU interface process
Responder : 0 - (not set)

Can you please guide, how can we achieve this with jPOS?
