HSM export 3 new components for LMK / MBK after generation.

let's say the original 3 smartcard shares generated during the LMK/MBK generation is destroyed ,

HSM: Can we export 3 new components for LMK / MBK after generation?

or only copy from a smart card to a smart card knowing teh smartcard secret ?

How is this related to JPOS?

You should contact your HSM vendor for support with your specific HSM.
