She's saying 「大きな琴」, which is an alternate way of saying 「大きい琴」。
「大金」is pronounced differently, and has a different meaning. Use

Now, when I see this, it strikes me as kind of funny, but I don't
trust myself. Is this closer to "There was a large, gold koto." or
something slightly sillier like "It was the grand golden koto."
I mean, reading over this post, it seems like a stupid question, but I
have to ask.
