CBA language from Chicago Wal-Mart

Hi Folks - Not to add any complication to the ongoing discussion of
recommendations, but I'm attaching some documents from the "Good Jobs
Chicago Coalition" regarding the opening of a Wal-Mart in the Pullman
Park area in 2009. The first Word document has the Coalition's demands
of Wal-Mart (this is very comparable to the recommendations the ad hoc
committee are working on now), and the PDF document at the end is the
CBA Wal-Mart eventually agreed to.

I'd note that a significant section of the CBA is devoted to the
construction phase of the store, which hasn't been addressed yet by the
ad hoc committee.
