Hello all,

I'm writing to ask that (if you haven't already) you post whatever sections you are working on by 4 PM tomorrow - even if they are still a draft.  If you can post them to the google groups that is preferable, if not, please email what you've got to Steve Backman and I.  Thanks!  A few of us are going to meet to try to put it together into one coherent document that you can all review prior to Tuesday night's meeting.  If you are interested in being a part of the compiling and editing, please let me know.

Hello all,

Just a reminder that we are going to be meeting tonight at 7 PM at the Anna M. Cole Community Room at 10 Lamartine Ext, which is off the Southwest Corridor Parkway, behind the basketball courts.  

A small group of us met last night and made significant progress in combining each of the separate pieces into one coherent report, however, based on the progress made at last night's meeting, I'm not sure it is realistic for us to come to a completed report tonight.  Here is a proposed agenda:

7:00-7:45 Discussion and endorsement of broad "interim recommendations" to JPNC

7:45-7:55 Endorsement of report as a draft to be sent to JPNC

7:55-8:00 Schedule meeting for week of June 13 to finalize report

8:00-8:30 Use remaining time to work through a more detailed recommendations list

Attached to this email, please find the interim recommendations which will be the basis for discussion during the first 45 minutes.  Please remember that at this point, this is a brainstorm, not a final list.  Also, please find a letter to this committee which I received this morning from the JPNDC.
