Hello Team 9,

 

I believe I've spoken to everyone but Crystal and James, however I wanted to email the team concerning today's events.

 

Upon review of the financial statements that World Water Relief provided, Kyle noted that the Net Income figures on the Balance Sheet and Income Statement do not match.

 

While this is not ideal, upon speaking with you all it seems our team has developed the following plan of action: To submit the one page document to J. P. Morgan tomorrow and if we are selected as finalist, to meet with Ms. Henley as a team to discuss our concerns over the inconsistencies in the financial statements provided by World Water Relief.

 

As this submission represents all of our grades, I want to be sure that everyone agrees to the aforementioned action plan. If you feel that there is a better course of action our team should take, PLEASE RESPOND TO THIS EMAIL IMMEDIATELY!

 

If however everyone agrees this is the best choice then there are some final loose ends we need to tie:

 

Claire:

Can you add an i to the end of Seun's last name on the PDF file? Also can you add a comma behind the word Batey in the second sentence of the third paragraph?

I'm about to make some format changes to the powerpoint. As soon as I submit the changes and Kyle submits the financial  slide, can you send the power point out to our team? Thanks!

PLEASE REVIEW BOTH THE FINAL ONE-PAGER and POWERPOINT and respond that you approve of the submission by 10 AM tomorrow morning. I intend to email J.P. Morgan at noon tomorrow. If I do not hear from you by then I will assume your silence is your consent.
