Team Nine,

I hope everyone had an awesome Valentine's Day and has a productive
Monday! This is just a reminder that we have a team meeting TODAY,
MONDAY FEBRUARY 15 @ 5 PM IN THE EAST TOWERS. The purpose of this
meeting is to rehearse our presentation and finalize our ppt.

Please practice your speaking part and come prepared to run through
the presentation without stopping. Also please find facts on the value
of water (the link India sent out to the group should help).

If you have any corrections to your ppt slide, please make them before
the meeting and email them to the group.

We're almost to the finish line! Let's be sure to keep the hard work
up and win first place! See you all soon!

Hey team,

I am emailing you all in regards to the meeting today. I will be in attendance, but I may be a little late depending on what time my 4 o'clock meeting releases. Thank you for your consideration.

Team,

We are almost to the finish line!! This email is a reminder that we will have our final meeting TODAY, WEDNESDAY FEBRUARY 17, 2010 at 5 PM in the SCHOOL OF BUSINESS! EVERYONE IS EXPECTED TO ATTEND!

The purpose of this meeting is to run smoothly through our powerpoint TWICE and practice our Q&A. To prepare for this meeting, please have your speaking part memorized, and come to the meeting with two to three questions the judges could potentially ask.

I've seen the powerpoint and it looks great, awesome job Claire! As its too large to email, it will be available for review and final revisions at today's meeting.

Seun:
For a smoother transition into your part you may want to say "Team Nine proposes that J.P. Morgan invest specifically in WWR's Dominican Republic and Haiti Batey Project. The principal goals of the program include..." In your closing you should give the judges a sneak peak of what's to come in the next two slides. You could say something along the lines of "And now my collegues will expound upon the technological and logistical aspects of this community engagement program."

Torrence:
Your speaking part is especially important as it will define how the Batey Project is a community engagement program. I'll need to hear your part again to determine the best language to use but you'll want to say something along the lines of "upon installation, WWR transfers ownership and operation of the water purification equipment to the residents of the Batey..."

If anyone has any other comments/suggestions for improvements/or innovative ideas please feel free to share them with the googlegroup! It has been a pleasure serving as team leader for this assignment!  I look forward to seeing you all at tonight's meeting!

Warm regards,

Erica, I have Business Law with Cutler from 5-6:30 pm, so I guess I will not be able to make the meeting.
