Converting CoxPHFitter as Java PMML API

Hi Villu (or anyone from your team),

This is my first interaction with you on this forum. About me I am Java/J2ee programmer holding around 15 yrs of experience, but in Java PMML API, I am a fresher (I am just starting now). 

Requirement:

Today jpmml-sklearn (https://github.com/jpmml/jpmml-sklearn#readme) does not support CoxPHFitter (https://lifelines.readthedocs.io/en/latest/fitters/regression/CoxPHFitter.html)

Questions:

1) Does jpmml-sklearn support CoxPHFitter API? 

If Yes - how can we use this ? 

If No - Do we have way around to customize jpmml-sklearn package to use CoxPHFitter ? OR Can we write converter by using existing transformer or pipeline through which we can implement CoxPHFitter api.
