IE9 reports loading progress over 100%

Hi!
I just wanted to warn others of IE9 behavior when seeking a song to
let's say to playtime 50% then the loading progress starts from 50%
and goes to 150%. My awesome seekbar goes over the charts because of
this, so as a workaround I now limit the percents using min and max.
This is not jPlayer bug but IE9 bug.
