Streaming data from one page to another whilst keeping audio playing

Hello,

Is it possible to have  a solution with jPlayer, where an audio stream will be playing continuously on a website, even if the visitor goes to a different page on that website - without pausing/restarting the stream.

If yes, can you reference examples please.

Jplayer is an object of the page. A page load would reset and restart the player. 

Work around is to launch the player in a page just for it.
