Volume control on IOS & Andoid

I have developed a simple audio app using www.applicationcraft.com and
jplayer.

However the volume settings do not work on Andoid or IOS. The only
control is via the up / down volume keys.

In my app I have 4 jplayer widgets and I need to set each volume
individually.

How can I achieve this ?

You cannot control the volume on iOS or android. The devices have physical buttons. That is why jPlayer attempts to hide those controls when those platforms are detected.
