Smokeping Style Graphs

Hi,

Is it possible to plot graphs similar to the output of Smokeping using jpGraph ?

For those not familiar with it http://oss.oetiker.ch/smokeping/doc/reading_detail.png and https://nsrc.org/workshops/2008/walc/presentaciones/smokeping.png are good examples.

Essentially for each data point I have three pieces of information - min, maximum, average - however they should be 'together' in that the average (depicted as a horizontal line) forms a stepped line horizontally ( the "Stock" chart is almost what I'm looking for in terms of plotting the relevant information but ideally I need it to look similar to Smokeping.

It would also be helpful if the colour of the horizontal line could be changed dependant on the value.

Any advice anyone can offer would be much appreciated.
