Is LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT part of your congregational plan?
Are you looking for a flexible, thoughtful, and fun way to develop NEW LEADERS?
What: Harvest the Power is a 12 session leadership development curriculum that is part of the Tapestry of Faith Curriculum family. This weekend long workshop will train leaders to successfully lead this program in your congregation. In the course of a single weekend, we will review each one of the Harvest the Power workshops, help leaders build the skills they need to successfully lead the program, and offer tips and tools for making this flexible program work to your advantage.
Who: Lay Leaders, Ministers, Religious Educators and anyone else in your congregation who is involved in the recruitment and development of new leaders! We recommend that you send a team of at least 2 people to be trained and there is a discounted price for the 2nd and subsequent registrations.
