Cedar Lane, a large and vibrant UU congregation with a long history of excellence in religious education, seeks a new Coordinator of Youth Ministry to implement programs for 100+ youth in Grades 6 – 12, their advisors, teachers and families.

Applicants must be passionate about working with youth and possess significant organizational and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with the youth and other stakeholders in the ministry (parents, lay leaders, fellow staff.) This 25-hour-a-week position requires availability on Sunday mornings during the RE year plus regular meetings during the week and attendance at occasional evening and off-site events. The CYM is supervised by the Minister/Director of Religious Education.

While Cedar Lane members are eligible to apply, preference is given to non-member applicants. This is an exempt position with a salary of $25,000 and a professional expense account of $1,000. Benefits package includes health, dental and life insurance at hire and pension after 1 year.
