As discussed during our meeting yesterday, please find the JD attached for the role open at our end. You can cascade this opportunity to your 2026 batch students. The compensation will be as below. Please note that this will be a target oriented, travel intensive job where the business development would be an individual contribution activity. We do not have an incentive model.

 

AGP: 7.2 LPA (incl. PF & Gratuity deductions)

Assured Pay: 1.5 L (Payable at the end of 1^st financial year on a pro-rated basis)

Retention Pay: 0.50 L+ 0.50 L (Payable at the end of 1^st & 2^nd financial years respectively)

 

Locations: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune
