Good morning, Team.
Attached are the officer and enlisted spreadsheets for RESPAY tracking. Please review your sheet and the sheets of those in your department. Please note that each member has his/her own tab.
This data call is a little different than previous months. Please note the following:
1. This data call is intended for ALL JPASE-R unit members, NOT only those attached to NOSC Norfolk.
2. You have three actions IRT this data call: 1.) Please confirm member IDT periods completed and member IDT periods remaining. 2.) Please update this tracker will all information that is not present. 3.) If you are attached to NOSC Norfolk, please submit EDM requests for your time--your time should be as close to a zero balance in the "cumulative time" category as possible. If you are not attached to NOSC Norfolk, please request muster sheets through your NOSC's ADMIN and get your "cumulative time" as close to a zero balance as possible.
3. Please copy your department head and ensure all information in #2 is confirmed.
4. Please note that CDR Dean will be sent an email with a list of those who have updated and those who have not updated his/her tracker by COB 28 April.
Additional notes: Each sheet reflects drills that have been processed (in orange) and cumulative time spent on Navy work, which you can find by looking at the lowest number in column "E" of each sheet.
As discussed, this process will occur on a monthly basis. I respectfully ask that all spreadsheets are complete and sent to me NLT COB 28 April. All trackers (that I receive) will be updated by 30 April and placed on the portal.
