Team,
Based on the input you sent me for drill tracking, I compiled the following spreadsheets that show (I hope) how much time everyone has contributed to Navy work so far this FY.
Please review your sheet and the sheets of those in your department. There is one spreadsheet for the officers and one for the enlisted members, and each member has their own tab.
Each sheet reflects drills that have been processed (in orange) and cumulative time spent on Navy work, which you can find by looking at the lowest number in column "E" of each sheet. If you are attached to NOSC Norfolk and have time in the cumulative block that exceeds four hours, I am going to ask our Respay clerk to generate muster forms for you, which I will sign and have her process based on the task information included in your sheet. (If you have more than 8 hours, I will have her process two drills; more than 12 hours, three drills and so on...) As discussed, this process will occur on a monthly basis.
I realize these spreadsheets may not be the most intuitive documents you've looked at during your Navy career so if you have any questions, please email directly. And I ask that you please don't reply to the entire group unless your question is relevant to everyone.
Standing by for questions, comments, etc.
VR,
LCDR Bedy
