Good afternoon, Team.

Attached are the officer and enlisted spreadsheets for RESPAY tracking. Please review your sheet and the sheets of those in your department. Please note that each member has his/her own tab.

Each sheet reflects drills that have been processed (in orange) and cumulative time spent on Navy work, which you can find by looking at the lowest number in column "E" of each sheet. If you are attached to NOSC Norfolk and have time in the cumulative block that exceeds four hours, I am going to ask our RESPAY clerk to generate muster forms for you. I then will sign these forms and ask her to process based on the task information included in your sheet (if you have more than eight hours, I will have her process two drills; more than 12 hours, three drills and so on...)

Please note that government employees cannot draw pay from both the civilian side and reserve side on the same day--at least this is what my HR department tells me and I don't want to chance it! You may run into the same issues for some of your department members. This is the same for those on orders. Please indicate such on the sheet if you have someone on an upcoming AT/ADT, etc.

As discussed, this process will occur on a monthly basis. I respectfully ask that all spreadsheets are complete and sent to me NLT COB 31 JAN (this tracking process will continue on the closest workday to the first of each month--i.e. 1 FEB is Saturday, so feedback is requested Friday.) All muster sheets will be requested on the first of each month. A reminder email will be sent a week prior to the due date.

I realize these spreadsheets may not be the most intuitive documents, so if you have any questions, please email or call me directly.

Standing by and always happy to support.

Very Respectfully,

LTJG McMillen
