It’s time for another Siebel User Group Session at the  Chillroom – Internet Solutions – Le Mans Building – The Campus – Cnr Sloane and Main on the 26^th of March 2014 at 17:30 hrs.

 

Richard Hewitt will be taking us through the Universal Customer Master (UCM) focusing on the General UCM functionality, his experience with the infamous MDM PIP, the pitfalls, lessons learnt as well as new developments.
