The following Rehab article says, "It is also the only adapter which supports the pre-USB Logitech digital joysticks, such as the Wingman Extreme, and possibly the Wingman Warrior."

On Amazon however it says the following.

"Not compatible with Logitech Wingman Joysticks, Microsoft Sidewinder Force Feedback joysticks"

I have a Wingman "Digital" Extreme and would prefer not to waste $$ on something that no one here has actually tested.

Mayflash (the real manufacturer) reports that their adapter is compatible with early model Logitech ADI 1.0 compatible joysticks which used DA-15 (unlike the later Logitech Wingman Digital) which was made in 1998 or so. All the DOS era Logitech sticks adhered to the ADI 1.0 protocol... if you are using this adapter for a different joystick, you aren't exactly using it for the right joystick.

I realize this thread is years old.  I have a legacy Logitech Wingman Extreme Digital (pre-USB) in mint shape, and recently purchased the Mayflash "Super Joy Box 7" based on info from the Joystick Rehab site.  My hopes were high, but sadly I must report that only the first 4 buttons and the hat work correctly.  The x/y axes were all over the place, and nothing from the throttle (z).  Does anyone know if Mayflash is still in business?  The wasted $40 isn't a big deal, I just want to find more information about the ADI protocol.
Cheers.
