Zombies! We love to kill them and how crazy creative the rotting flesh can turn out. Makes you wish you could just play as the zombie and eat human flesh instead....Lets have two of the smartest zombies duke it out then.
Frank West is not your average 30 year old photographer, he's covered wars you know. And is the hero of Willemette during the unexpected zombie outbreak which took the lives of thousands. He's exposed the shadowy conspiracy of the outbreak, saved countless lives, killed thousands of zombies and psychopaths, and did it all in the span of 72 hours. Unfortunately, with every great legend they must all come to an unfortunate end when his own student screwed him over for the last time. In order to get the story out to the public and expose Obscuris crimes, he sacrifice his own life so they can keep their eyes on the prize....At least in the original game, but in the DLC expansion, Frank returns as a freaking zombie!
The zombies in Dead Rising are your tradition undead from Romero films, however they have certain traits that differ from the media. The infection started from a bee sharing a hive mind link which kills a group of the zombies if the queen bee were to die. At night they're more aggressive and tougher, and after being exposed to a certain gas the zombies mutated into stronger and more dangerous zombies that can rip human limbs off with ease and spit out blinding blood bile into their victims faces.
After many years of experimenting the undead, they have reached a new evolution making the zombies actually keep their conscience while maintaining new zombie abilities. These, "Evolved Zombies" or Evo's are far greater than the King Zombie with various abilities. Frank West gets to show just how far the Evo can go.
Frank has the traditional zombie traits, hunger for flesh, claws for shredding flesh and roaring like a monster in a frenzy. But as an Evo, Frank can heal himself by eating flesh of the living and deceased, can crack concrete with a single punch (4300 psi) and can howl so loud it pushes back a horde or even humans on their asses. He also can dash through crowds of zombies, leap over 10 feet from a distance and spit acid projectiles at his enemies....and that's about it. With these abilities, Frank can finish his final visit in Willamette and save the remaining survivors while finding a way to cure his infection.
And he managed to finish up his mission as the undead under 1 hour before the town became a crater on the map. Which is important since Frank needed to cure his infection while he remained conscience. You see, the only reason why he was still himself was thanks to his scientist buddy exposing him to a temporary cure that gave him his sentience back. If he doesn't get cured before the hour is up, he'll go back to being a flesh eating undead photographer and an nuked smear on the wall. But as long Frank keeps his willpower and eyes on the prize, he'll rise from the grave and keep on killing zombies. And maybe get some payback on Vick, she was the reason he turned into a zombie in the first place.
It's the glorious future utopia of 1959, Punchbowl USA is the prime example of ingenuity and possibility. From hover-cars to maintenance robots, all of this was possible by the Playboy Billionaire Andrew Monday who used his finances and scientist intelligence to create this Wonderland. Yes sir this really is the best day for everyone-oh right, it's also the ground zero of the zombie apocalypse after a corpse rose from the earth and stole some guys wiener.
Meet Edward Stubblefield, or Stubbs for short. He's just your average undead salesman reanimated by a nazi scientist experimental fertilizer who just woke up and is looking for something to eat. Fortunately with the help of a Guidebot, Stubbs found himself something more satiable than processed food. Human brains. Now Stubbs is on the loose searching for human brains of all kinds, Men, Women, Old, Young, Police, Army, Rednecks. He's gonna gobble them all, and spread his zombie virus through the masses. But don't worry, he does have another task on mind. Stubbs is in search for the woman of his dreams, Maddie Monday. He'll go through an army of Barbershop Singers just to give the girl his heart...and eat her brains of course. And with his arsenal on hand, he can do just about anything.
As a zombie, Stubbs has the virus to reanimate the humans he has killed or devoured. And it doesn't matter the conditions of the corpse, even with missing heads or limbs the body just comes to life as a slow and pretty brain dead zombie. Unlike his undead minions, Stubbs has demonstrated intelligence far superior than any ordinary zombie by driving various hover cars and even hijacking an army tank. Stubbs also has enhanced strength to rip off body parts and burst through wooden doors. But when he's being surrounded by cops pointing their guns at him, he can let loose his Unholy Flatulence stunning and leaving them open to getting their brains eaten. But if Stubbs needs to attack his opponents from afar, he can use his Gut Grenade and Sputum Head to give those delicious humans an explosive greeting. And if he's feeling lazy, Stubbs can rip his arm off and possess anyone with a gun and make them attack their own friends while they take the damage.
With this arsenal, Stubbs caused so much chaos to this city and began the zombie apocalypse. He infiltrates military and government bases without being spotted, or he rather stumbles in without anyone noticing but he did also beat the Police Chief in a dance battle. And survived an explosion that sent him flying across town. He also poison the Punchbowl water supply by pissing in it and flooded the city with his infected urine. While standing in front of the collapsing dam and the 200 column ft of water crashing into him. And by the end of the day, Stubbs managed to find his true love, beat his son and got the army to nuke the city all in the span of 48 hours. And remember that tank he hijacked? Stubbs "tanked" a direct shot from its canon and was perfectly fine. Though his healing factor can only sustain two hits before depleting. Without a steady supply of brains and limited ammunition, Stubbs will succumb to his injuiries and die for good. Still, if he can keep his head on (Literally) straight, Stubbs will take over any city and eat your brains. BRRAAAAAAAAAAAINS!!!!!
It's the zombie apocalypse in Willamette Colorado for the third time. The dead have infiltrated the streets, live brains are scarce and the zombies are walking around hungry and sad. In the dark corners of the desolated city, a lone survivor is leading an innocent bystander to the safe house where he can keep her safe until rescue comes. This survivor is a veteran during the crisis and has faced it before, the legendary photographer Frank West, who also happened to be a zombie. But a smart zombie, so he has control over his infection though needs to find a cure.
Before they can overwhelm him, Frank lets out a loud howl sending the dead on their backs and he proceeds to hack them all to pieces. Stubbs takes this opportunity to make his getaway and finds a nearby Tank to hijack. Only to be stopped by an acid spit melting his side away.
Finding an alleyway, Frank takes the chance and enters escaping the tank forcing Stubbs in a corner and struggles to get out. Frank climbs on the building and leaps on top of the tank and grabs the hatch to rip it open and hop in. Frank beats Stubbs up and throws him out of the tank battered and bruised. Stare down, the two decide to have a fist fight and start to claw at one another. Stubbs gets a good slash across Frank's chest but his arm gets torn off and his organs spilled. Stubbs tries to retaliate but Frank ends this fight by ripping his head off.
If this fight was just Frank West vs Stubbs, Frank would've won easily with his various Combo Weapons, Mech Suits, and ingenuity. But despite his Zombie Abilities and Enhanced Attributes he oddly came up short. Despite surviving explosions and gun shots, Stubbs survived a 200 column of water crashing into him and he was perfectly fine. But if we were to exaggerate that he was lucky since he can die from regular land mines, he did took a direct hit from a tank shot which is way stronger than a hand grenade. Frank did have the advantage of healing from flesh consumption living and non-living, and was strong enough to crack concrete, Stubbs had the better advantage with his varieties of abilities including two types of ways to explode Franks head off. And what gives Stubbs the better outcome, Frank lost his ability to use his weapons in his zombie form while Stubbs can drive tanks.
M26 PERSHING TANK: The M26 Pershing Heavy tank is a tank utilized by the military as an armored platform against other armored vehicles, or in this case, zombies. Armed with an 90mm high explosive gun, allowing for a lot of damage towards enemies of all kinds. Also, armed with a machine gun for infantry while waiting for the main gun to fire. Also, despite having a 5 man crew for one, Stubbs only needs one.
IMPALA: The Quaker State Irregulars modified this tracker with a set of hastily mounted yet effective pitchforks on the front end. It fertilizes the earth with the blood of their enemies - or, if there are no enemies around, the blood of anyone who happens get in its way.
Even though they are great to use and durable enough to be headless and limbless and still keep fighting, they do not last long as some of them can disappear in a matter of minutes (but not too short like 3 min.). Romulus is a powerful specimen even without his undead army, with swings from his sword he can mow down his enemies, knocking them back to make the distance between himself. Out of all the three undead knights, Romulus is the most balanced of them even though he is the largest of them. He can also unleash a powerful attack that can turn multiple people into a zombie with his devastater move.
