Areyou sure that you are writing unit tests and not higher level tests of multiple components of your code? A pure unit test should only be calling a single method, and that method will hopefully have limited calls to other methods (possibly via mocking).
By focusing on the smallest unit possible, you can write code to test specific edge cases. Whereas, if you are testing at a higher level, you will often have to write all types of permutations of edge-cases. Once you have all the smallests units covered, you can write some higher level integration tests to make sure that all those units are assembled correctly.
I apologize if I am making assumptions about your unit tests, but from my experience, I find that often what people call unit tests are not real unit tests and rather integration tests (or whatever you prefer to call them, e.g. functional tests, etc.). I am personally very guilty of writing tests that were too broad, and every time I now write tests I have to force myself to remember to really test a unit at a time.
In other words, having multiple scenarios share the same data set creates the possibility where modifying the shared data set for one scenario inadvertently makes the data incompatible with another scenario.
Couldn't you programatically create a subset of items from a controlled dataset of real production data? That's what we do, and if somehow the data model has changed, we have some scripts that update that real data to the new model before using it in the tests.
Possible Solution We need to move to a Minimal Fixture to address this problem. This can best be done by using a Fresh Fixture for each test. If we must use a Shared Fixture we should consider applying the Make Resource Unique refactoring to create a virtual Database Sandbox for each test. (Note that switching to an Immutable Shared Fixture (see Shared Fixture) does not fully address the core of this problem since it does not help us determine which parts of the fixture are needed by each test; only the parts that are modified are so identified!)
I have a separate program to generate the test data. The generated test data is stored on disk, version controlled, and available/used in unit tests. The size/complexity of this program (for example, it has its own UI) doesn't affect the size/complexity of the unit tests themselves.
If your question is related to generating larger set of test data, you can make use of some library like NBuilder. We have used NBuilder to generate large set of test data. It offers a very fluent interface and is very easy to use. You can find a small demo of the same here.

Sorry, my first message may have been unclear. When I saw the large test and train errors after refining labels, I thought it might have had to do with refinement, so I retrained with iteration-0 as a control and still got large test and train errors. This is still the case with 2.1.7.1.
The Jeep Wagoneer is the only model out of three popular large SUVs tested to qualify for a 2024 Top Safety Pick award. Other bestsellers, the Chevrolet Tahoe and Ford Expedition, fell short for multiple reasons, including subpar performance in the small overlap front crash test. More than 90% of new models have sailed through this evaluation with good ratings since 2021.
In the driver-side test, the acceptable-rated Tahoe maintained adequate survival space for the driver, and the airbags and restraints worked well. However, there was enough intrusion into the footwell that injury measures taken from the driver dummy showed a substantial risk of lower leg injuries. Performance was worse in the passenger-side test. Extensive intrusion into the footwell contributed to a high risk of injury to the right foot and moderate risk of injury to the left leg of the passenger.
For these vehicles, the test was run with an additional dummy in the second row so that updated moderate overlap ratings could be calculated too. Factoring in restraint performance and injury risk for a second-row passenger, none of the vehicles performed well. In all three, measurements taken from the rear dummy showed a fairly high risk of chest injuries because of high seat belt forces, though the airbags and restraints in the marginal-rated Wagoneer functioned well otherwise.
In the pedestrian crash avoidance evaluation, the standard front crash prevention systems provided with the Expedition and Wagoneer earn good ratings. Both vehicles avoided collisions with the pedestrian dummy in most of the daytime and nighttime test scenarios. All trims of the Wagoneer also come with acceptable- or good-rated headlights. The headlights supplied on all trims of the Expedition only earn a marginal rating. They struggle to illuminate the road well enough on curves, and the low beams produce too much glare for oncoming drivers.
In contrast, the Tahoe earns only a marginal rating in the pedestrian test. Its standard system avoided hitting the pedestrian dummy or slowed substantially to mitigate the force of impact in all the daylight tests, but it faltered in the dark. In the 12 mph scenario that simulates an adult walking across the roadway in front of the vehicle at night, the Tahoe only reduced its speed by 3 mph when using its high beams and did not slow at all when using its low beams, for example. It also slowed only 2 mph when using its low beams in the 25 mph crossing adult test.
Good headlights and effective pedestrian crash avoidance systems are especially important for larger vehicles, since their greater height and weight make them more dangerous than smaller cars for pedestrians and other road users.
Both the Wagoneer and Tahoe earn good+ ratings for the ease of use of their LATCH systems, which are intended to make it easier to install a child seat properly. The Expedition earns an acceptable rating.

k6 can generate a lot of load from a single machine. With proper monitoring and script optimization, you might be able to run a rather large load test without needing distributed execution. This document explains how to launch such a test, and some of the aspects you should be aware of.
A single k6 process efficiently uses all CPU cores on a load generator machine. Depending on the available resources, and with the guidelines described in this document, a single instance of k6 can run 30,000-40,000 simultaneous users (VUs).In some cases, this number of VUs can generate up to 300,000 HTTP requests per second (RPS).
Unless you need more than 100,000-300,000 requests per second (6-12M requests per minute), a single instance of k6 is likely sufficient for your needs.Read on to learn about how to get the most load from a single machine.

Make sure you know what is possible with Postman and which are the limitations. Learn about techniques to reuse code and requests. Especially the part with reusing code is causing issues in larger projects.
