Support for Catholic parents of children with disabilities?

Hi Moms!

I just learned of a friend who joined the church a few months ago, she has a disabled 18 year old son and is looking for connection and support with other Catholic parents in our community.  Does anyone know if a group gathers anywhere in our area?
